My friend (and amazing micro mini tack maker) Erica Ferguson came over for the weekend. Just to be clear, we are basically the same person... we love the same things, hate the same things, and are even told we look similar. We both are members of the horse art role play game (maybe 200 people worldwide) HARPG [without even knowing it at the time], we both love everything Japan/ anime, we both ride horses, and the list goes on. It just so happens that we are also members of the model horse community and met at a Toronto Plastic Pony club meet (where we discovered our shared harpg membership).
Anyways, once in a while Erica finds her way to my place and we ride the horses and do crafting activities. This weekend is no different as we both sit on foal watch and anticipate
the first baby of 2018. We have also have vowed to finish our NaMoPaiMo prepping this weekend even if it kills us. Erica has decided to work on a Maggie Bennett galloping arab micro mini pewter (and a Zwicky pewter too). So we are both bonding over pewter micros.
A part from just NaMoPaiMo, we have been busy cooking Japanese delicacies like teriyaki beef onigiri (stuffed rice balls), foal watching, and watching anime (Fruits Basket, Yuri On Ice, and Shimoneta [mature audiences only].
Its only friday night yet we have almost finished prepping our NaMoPaiMo models. Unfortunately, the mares have yet to take action.
